Restrictions Inquiry for Non-DUI/Fines and Cost Orders

The Restrictions Inquiry For Non-DUI/Fine and Cost will display all jurisdictions with qualifying non-DUI (CV94) orders or outstanding fine and cost orders on a customer's record. Restrictions may or may not have been granted.
To Process the Restrictions Inquiry for Non-DUI and Fine and Cost orders
1.If not already open, Open the Customer Console using the customer's number or name.

Transaction Menu |
1.Click the Transaction Menu button in the Main Menu Bar. 2.Navigate to Customer Inquiries>Compliance, Orders and Events>Restrictions Inquiry For Non-DUI/Fines and Costs (APCCRT). 3.Select the order type from the Court Order Restriction For drop down and then click the Inquire 4.Continue with step 2. |
Command Line |
1. Enter APCCRT on the Direct command line, then press the Enter key. 2. Select the order type from the Court Order Restriction For drop down and then click the Inquire 3. Continue with step 2. |
2.The conviction information for the order type chosen displays in a grid format.
3.If there is more than 1 jurisdiction to view, the More 
on the tool bar will be active. To view all jurisdictions, click the More button until it becomes inactive.
4.Click the 
next to the conviction to show the conviction offense date.
5.Click the 
next to the court jurisdiction to close the conviction information.
6.Click the Close 
button to close the transaction.
