The Deceased Customer Data Remove (Delete) transaction is used to remove a deceased customer stop. Once processed, the customer's status goes back to what it was prior to adding the Deceased Customer Stop.
To Remove the Deceased Customer Stop
1.If not already open, Open the Customer Console using the customer's number or name.

Transaction Menu |
1.Click the Transaction Menu button in the Main Menu Bar. 2.Navigate to Customer Transactions>Customer>Deceased Customer Data Remove(DECREM) and click it. 3.Click the Inquire 4.Continue with step 2. |
Command Line |
1. Enter DECREM on the Direct command line, then press the Enter key. 2. The Deceased Customer Remove transaction form opens. The customer and deceased information is pre-populated. 3. Continue with step 2. |
2.Select a radio button in the Remove Deceased Information line as indicated by the icon.
3.Click the Yes radio button to remove the deceased information and stop from the customer's record. This will reset the customer's status back to the way it was prior to adding the deceased stop.
4.Click the No radio to back out the transaction.
5.Once selected, click the Process button. The Transaction Details dialog appears and the transaction is processed.
6.Click the Close button to complete the transaction.
