Customer Stop - Delete

The Customer Stop - Delete transaction is used to delete an Administrative Stop(A) or an Invoice Stop(I) or an Overweight Citations(L) from the customer's record.

 

To Process the Stop - Delete transaction

1.If not already open, Open the Customer Console using the customer's number or name.

Transaction Menu

1.Click the Transaction Menu button in the Main Menu Bar.

2.Navigate to Customer Transactions>Compliance, Orders and Events>Stop -Delete(STPDEL).

3.Continue with step 2.

Command Line

1.   Enter STPDEL on the Direct command line, then press the Enter key.

2.   Continue with step 2.

2.Click the Button_Inquire button to open the Customer Stop Selection grid.

3.Click the Button_Select button next to the stop to be deleted.

4.Click the Button_Process button to delete the stop.

5.Click the Button_OKbutton on the Confirmation box to delete or click the button_Cancel button to exit.

6.The Transaction Details dialog appears with the TRANSACTION PROCESSED message.

7.Click the Close Button_Close button to complete the transaction.
