•Activity Summary Information

•Additional Customers
•Title Activity 2 (details about the title)
•Antique Vehicle Information
•Transportation Authority Assessed Information
•Lessee Customer Information
•Beneficiary Information
To process a Title Activity transaction
1.If not already open, Open the Customer Console using the customer's number or name.

Transaction Menu |
1.Click the Transaction Menu button in the Main Menu Bar. 2.Navigate to Vehicle Inquiries>Titling Information>Title Activity(TTLACD) and click it. The Title Activity inquire screen opens. 3.Continue with the steps below. |
Command Line |
1. Enter TTLACD on the Direct command line, then press the Enter key. 2. Continue with the steps below. |
2.Enter the required key(s) (VIN or Title Number) and then click the Inquire 
button.
3.If only one change has been made to the title, the Title Activity detail form with the customer and vehicle information populated will open.
If there has been more than one change made to the title, the Title Activity Selection grid will open.
a) If active, click the More Data Available 
button to view more title activities.
b) Click the Select 
button next to the desired activity to view the Title Activity information.
4.Scroll down to view the information as needed.
5.Click the Close 
button to close the form.
