Vehicle Renewal Notification Inquiry

The Vehicle Renewal Notification Inquiry screen displays information of when and how a customer's vehicle registration (based on title number and plate number) was notified.
To inquire on a vehicle's renewal notification
1.If not already open, Open the Customer Console using the customer's number or name.

Transaction Menu |
1.Click the Transaction Menu button in the Main Menu Bar. 2.Navigate to Vehicle Inquiries>Registration Information>Vehicle Renewal Notification Inquiry(RENINQ) and click it. 3.Continue with the steps below. |
Command Line |
1. Enter RENINQ on the Direct command line, then press the Enter key. 2. Continue with the steps below. |
2.Enter the required keys (Title Number AND Plate Number) and then click the Inquire 
button. The Vehicle Renewal Notification Inquiry screen opens with the vehicle and notification information populated.
3.Scroll down to review the notification information. Click the 
to see more information about the notification.
4.Click the Close 
button to close the screen.
