Vehicle Information Provided For Use Agreement

The Vehicle Information Provided for Use Agreement transaction is used to print vehicle transcripts for those customers that has a Use Agreement with DMV. No payment for the transcript is required at the time of the request. The customer is sent an invoice each month for their transcript requests.

To print a Vehicle Transcript for a Use Agreement Customer

1.If not already open, Open the Customer Console using the customer's number or name.

Transaction Menu

1.Click the Transaction Menu button in the Main Menu Bar.

2.Navigate to Transcript Transactions>Vehicle Information Provided For Use Agreement(VEHINF) and click it. The Vehicle Information Provided For Use Agreement inquire form opens. Enter the Use Agreement Number to inquire on.

3.Click the Inquire Button_Inquire button to open the Vehicle Information Provided For Use Agreement form opens with the customer's information populated.

4.Continue with the steps below.

Command Line

1.  Enter VEHINF U=<Use Agreement Number> on the Direct command line, then press the Enter key.

2.  The Vehicle Information Provided For Use Agreement form opens with the customer's information populated.

3.  Continue with the steps below.

 

2.Scroll down to the Information Supplied bar and enter the required information as indicated by the Button_RequiredField icon as well as other information needed. Then click the Process Button_Process button.

3.The system will display a message to verify all data, click the OK Button_OK  button and verify the information entered.

4.Once the data is verified, click the Process Button_Process button, a vehicle transcript is printed.

5.The Transaction Details dialog appears showing the TRANSACTION PROCESSED message.

6.Click the Close Button_Close button to close the form.

7.Click the Close Button_Close button to complete the transaction.
