The Vehicle Transcript transaction is used to process a request for a copy of a specific vehicle record. Requests require a requesting customer number or an officer/trooper code.
To print a Vehicle Transcript
1.If not already open, Open the Customer Console using the customer's number or name.

Transaction Menu |
1.Click the Transaction Menu button in the Main Menu Bar. 2.Navigate to Transcript Transactions>Vehicle(VEHTRN) and click it. The Vehicle Transcript inquire form opens. 3.Continue with the steps below. |
Command Line |
1. Enter VEHTRN on the Direct command line, then press the Enter key. 2. The Vehicle Transcript inquire form opens. 3. Continue with the steps below. |
2.Enter the Requestor Customer Number and then click the Inquire button. The Vehicle Transcript transaction form opens with the customer's information populated.
OR
Enter the Officer/Trooper Code in the Officer/Trooper field. If you do not know the Officer/Trooper code,
a.To the right of the Officer/Trooper request Code field, click the icon.
b.Select the Requestor Type Radio Button to search under.
c.Enter the name or code and click the Search button.
d.Click the Select button to the left of the code of the Officer or Trooper. The Officer or Trooper Code and name are populated on the transaction form.
e.Click the Inquire button. The Vehicle Transcript transaction form opens with the Officer/Trooper's information populated.
3. | Enter the required information as indicated by the ![]() ![]() |
4. The Transaction Details Payment dialog appears. Enter the payment information.

5. Click the Process button. The transaction is processed and the Receipt Details dialog appears. Print the receipt if requested.
6. Click the Close button to close the Receipt Details dialog. The Transaction Details dialog appears with the TRANSACTION PROCESSED, LOG NO ##### message.
7. Give the customer the Vehicle Transcript and receipt.
8. Click the Close button to close the Transaction Details dialog.
9. Click the Close button to complete the transaction.
