When processing a driver license issue, the mySelect searches the National Driver Register database for licenses issued in other states.  If a match is found, two indicators appear; the eForms button turns red and displays eForms(NDR) and the red text NDR Match Response Received-Click on eForms to view Response scrolls along the bottom of the window.
