HB1441/SB249 - Point of Sale Jurisdiction A new field, "Retail Point of Sale Jurisdiction", has been added to the following screens •Vehicle Information Inquiry screen in the Dealer/Seller Information section •Original Title transaction screen in the Vehicle Information section This new field is used to display the jurisdiction in which the ATV, moped or off-road vehicle was purchased. Vehicles purchased in Planning Districts 8 and 23 will be subjected to a higher tax rate. |
