If fuels/rental tax transactions are received before 2:00 and monies will be deposited same day, ensure a secondary settlement is opened to record the monies. Otherwise, processing remains the same.
Deposit
If fuels/rental tax payments are received before 2:00, every attempt must be made to deposit the monies the same day.
