This procedure provides CSC personnel with guidelines for printing, reprinting, and handling of the Barcode Cover Sheets.
A Barcode Cover Sheet is a document that contains a summary of information about a specific transaction. Barcode Cover Sheets aid in the process of electronically storing and retrieving transaction documents.

Barcode Cover Sheets print AUTOMATICALLY for the following:

Barcode Cover Sheets MUST be REQUESTED in the system to print for the following:

CSC personnel (CSR and document preparer) are responsible for ensuring that the correct Barcode Cover Sheet is attached to its matching transaction documents in order for the documents to be correctly filed electronically..
Shred Barcode Cover Sheets if:
Barcode Cover Sheets can be reprinted if a printer error occurred or it was misplaced or destroyed. (Refer to data entry procedures.)
However, Barcode Cover Sheets for judgment transactions may not be reprinted. If the Barcode Cover Sheet is misplaced or fails to print for a judgment transaction, note that the Barcode Cover Sheet is not available on the judgment documents and forward to the DL Compliance work center.
