CDL Test No Show Waived

The CDL Test No Show Waived is used to waive the fee DMV charges when the customer with scheduled appointment for the CDL skills test fails to keep the appointment. The DLQA examiner is responsible for entering this information.

To process a CDL Test No Show Waived transaction
1.If not already open, Open the Customer Console using the customer's number or name.

Transaction Menu |
1.Click the Transaction Menu button in the Main Menu Bar. 2.Navigate to Customer Transactions>Testing>CDL Test No Show Waived(NOSHOWW) and click it. 3.Click the Inquire 4.Continue with step 3. |
Command Line |
1. Enter NOSHOWW on the Direct command line, then press the Enter key. 2. The CDL Test No Show Waived transaction form opens. 3. Continue with step 3. |
2.If the customer has multiple No Show Dates, The CDL Test - No Show Selection grid will open. Click the Select 
button to the left of the No Show Date to open the CDL Test No Show Waived transaction form.
3.Click the Process 
button. The transaction is processed and theTransaction Details dialog appears.
4.Click the Close 
button to complete the transaction.
5.To view the waived information go to CDL Test No Show Inquiry.
