The Commercial Medical Inquiry transaction is used to verify that a commercial medical certification has been posted to a customer's record and when.
To process a Commercial Medical Inquiry
1.If not already open, Open the Customer Console using the customer's number or name.

1.Click the Transaction Menu button in the Main Menu Bar. 2.Navigate to Customer Inquiries>Customer>Commercial Medical Inquiry(CMRINQ). 3.Click the Inquire 4.Continue with step 2. |

1. Enter CMRINQ on the Direct command line, then press the Enter key. 2. The Commercial Medical Inquiry form opens. 3. Continue with step 2. |

One of the following messages may display in the field below the Self Certificate Code field. This message will help determine what action is needed.
NI & EI REQ. LIC. ISSUE

If the customer wants to change the Self Certificate Code to NI or EI they will need a new License Issued. |
NA & EA REQ. LIC. ISSUE |
If the customer wants to change the Self Certificate Code to NA or EA they will need a new License Issued. |
MED. CUST – NA OR EA ONLY |
Customer has a Medical Order and must have an NA or EA Self Certificate Code.

UNDER 21 – NA OR EA ONLY |
Customer is under age 21 and must have an NA or EA Self Certificate Code.

ALL SELF CERT CODES ARE VALID |
The customer may change their Self Certificate Code without requiring a new License to be issued. |
3.Click the Close button to complete the transaction.
