This function is reserved for Lead Tellers and Manager roles.
Correcting Inventory on a processed Transaction
1.After processing a transaction that requires inventory, and the inventory needs to be corrected, Recall the transaction then click the Inventory Details
button on the Transaction Detail screen.
2.The Inventory Detail grid opens displaying the inventory items.
3.Click the Item to be corrected. The Correct Item
button becomes active.
4.Click the Correct Item
button and enter the New Item number.
5.Click the Save New Item
button. The new item number displays in the New Item# column.

6. Click the Process Corrections
button.
A message will pop-up if you are not a Lead Teller or Manager.

7. Click OK and have the Lead Teller or Manager Authorize the transaction.
8. Click the Closed
button to close the transaction.
