The Renew Permit transaction is used to renew expiring (up to 2 months in advance) permanent Handicap Parking Permits.
Please refer to the Driver's License Guide - Disabled Parking, as needed.
To process a Handicap Parking - Renewal transaction
1.If not already open, Open the Customer Console using the customer's number or name.

Transaction Menu |
1.Click the Transaction Menu button in the Main Menu Bar. 2.Navigate to Permit Transactions>Handicap Parking>Renew Permit(HCPISS4) and click it. The customer's information is populated. 3.Click the Inquire button to open the Handicap Permit Renew form. 4.Continue with step 2. |

1. Enter HCPISS4 on the Direct command line, then press the Enter key. 2. The Handicap Permit Renew form opens. 3. Continue with step 2. |

2.Click the Process button. The Transaction Details Payment dialog appears. Enter the payment information.
For more information about processing multiple transactions, see Payment Processing.
3.Click the Process button. The transaction is processed and the Receipt Details dialog appears. Print the receipt if requested.
4.Click the Close button to close the Receipt Details dialog. The Transaction Details dialog appears with the PROCESSED - PERMIT ############ BEGIN DT MM/DD/YY END DT MM/DD/YY message.
5.Click the Close button to close the Transaction Details dialog.
6.Click the Close button to complete the transaction.
