FR Hearing Inquiry

The FR Hearing Inquiry displays the hearing request made by the customer and the results of the hearing associated with pending insurance monitoring orders.
To Inquire on a FR Hearing
1.If not already open, Open the Customer Console using the customer's number or name.

Transaction Menu |
1.Click the Transaction Menu button in the Main Menu Bar. 2.Navigate to Customer Inquiries>Compliance, Orders and Events>FR Hearing Inquiry(FRHEARI). 3.Click the Inquire 4.Continue with step 2. |
Command Line |
1. Enter FRHEARI on the Direct command line, then press the Enter key. 2. The FR Hearing Inquiry form opens. 3. Continue with step 2. |

From the FR Hearing Inquiry screen Click the Quick Navigation •Driver Primary Status •FR Hearing Add •Orders |
If there is more than one Insurance Monitoring Order, the Compliance Selection dialog appears. Click the 
button next to an Order to open the FR Hearing Inquiry transaction on that order.
2. The FR Hearing information displays.
3. Click the Close 
button to close the transaction.
