Open Customer Console

The Customer console is the main landing page where all transactions should begin. It provides a 360º view of the customer, including Alerts that may require your attention before processing the customer's transaction

To open the Customer Console

From the Dashboard Go To .....	Steps to Follow .....
Alerts Grid	Alerts will display according to the what is on the customer's record.
Quick Navigation	Click the Quick Navigation button on the Transaction Button bar to go to •Change All Addresses •Change Name •Compliance Update •Driver History •Driver License Issue •Driver Status •E-ZPass Issue •EVVE •EVVE Calculator •ID Card Issue •License Exchange for ID Card •VDH Request
Transaction Menu	1.Click the Transaction Menu button in the Main Menu Bar. 2.Navigate to Customer Inquiries>Customer>Customer Console(CUSDBD) and click. 3.Key the customer's number and/or name type and name (last,first,middle) 4.Click the Inquire button. This will open the Customer Console displaying the customer's photo and information.
Command Line	1. Enter CUSDBD on the Direct command line, then press the Enter key. 2. Key the customer's number and/or name type and name (last,first,middle) 3. Click the Inquire button. This will open the Customer Console displaying the customer's photo and information.
