VDH DVRINI (step 1); extra RBC (step 2) A fix has been made to correct the RBC (step 2) transaction to not be created when mySelect is experencing slow or down time. When this happens, a message will display and the CSR will need to void their DVRINI and start over. The CSR will not need manual intervention to complete this process. |
