•Use the Customer Console as your starting point for every customer!  This provides you a 360° view of your customer.

•Close all windows and clear your Keys once your customer transaction is complete by doing the following:

1.From the main menu bar, click Window > Close All Transaction Tabs.

•Use the Tab key to move from one field to the next.  It's faster than using the mouse.

•Use the Direct commands you're familiar with by entering them in the Direct field.  See Direct Commands.

 

After opening selection grids, the data can be sorted by the column headings. Just click that column heading to sort in ascending order. Click again to sort in descending order.
