The Vehicle Stops inquiry displays the reason a vehicle record has a stop and information that will be helpful for the customer to clear the stop.
To process a Vehicle Stop Inquiry
1.If not already open, Open the Customer Console using the customer's number or name.

1. Enter VEHINQ on the Direct command line, then press the Enter key. The Vehicle Stop Inquiry form opens. 2. Continue with the steps below. |
2.Enter the vehicle's VIN and then click the Inquire button.
3.If the customer has only one stop on the vehicle, the Vehicle Stop Inquiry detail form with the customer and vehicle information populated will open.
If there are more than one stop on the vehicle, the Vehicle Stop Selection grid will open.
a) If active, click the More Data Available button to view more stops.
b) Click the Select button next to the stop information for that vehicle. Click the
to see more information about the stop.
4.Scroll down to view the information as needed.
5.Click the Close button to close the form.
