The Vehicles Currently Owned by Customer inquiry is used to view vehicle(s) owned by the customer.
To process a Vehicles Currently Owned by Customer inquiry
1.If not already open, Open the Customer Console using the customer's number or name.

If the customer has more than 10 active vehicles, you will see the following alert:

If the customer has less than 10 active vehicles, use the Vehicles grid to view. 1. Click on the green Vehicles bar to open the vehicles grid and view the vehicles. See Customer Console - Viewing Active Vehicles 2. Continue with the steps below. |

1.Click the Transaction Menu button in the Main Menu Bar. 2.Navigate to Vehicle Inquiries>General Vehicle Information>Vehicles Currently Owned by Customer Information(VEHCUT) and click it. The Vehicles Currently Owned by Customer inquire form opens with the customer number and name populated. 3.Click the Inquire 4.Continue with the steps below. |

1. Enter VEHCUT on the Direct command line, then press the Enter key. The Vehicle Information form opens with the customer and vehicle information populated. 2. Continue with the steps below. |
2.If there is only one vehicle owned by the customer, the Vehicle Information Inquiry form opens displaying the customer and vehicle information.
If there are more than one vehicle owned by the customer, the Vehicles Currently Owned by Customer selection grid opens displaying up to three of the owned vehicles at a time.
To see more vehicles, click the More Data Available button until you see the vehicle you are looking for.
Click the Select button next to it to open the Vehicle Information transaction form.
3. Scroll down to view the information as needed.
4. Click the Close button to close the form.
