Veterans ID Card Inquiry

The Veterans ID Card Inquiry returns information about the customer's Veteran ID Card.
Veteran ID Card Inquiry can be found in the Credential grid on the Customer Console.
To inquire on a Veteran ID Card
1.If not already open, Open the Customer Console using the customer's number or name.

Transaction Menu |
1.Click the Transaction Menu button in the Main Menu Bar. 2.Navigate to Customer Inquiries>Customer>Veterans ID Card Inquiry(VIDINQ) and click it. 3.Click the Inquire 4.Continue with step 2. |
Command Line |
1. Enter VIDINQ on the Direct command line, then press the Enter key. 2. Continue with step 2. |
2. Review the information as needed.
3. Click the Close 
button to close the transaction.
