Citation Summary Inquiry by Customer Number

The Citation Summary Inquiry by Customer Number is used to view a summary of citations associated with a Citation Tracking Customer.

To view the Citation Summary by Customer Number

 

From the Dashboard Go To .....

Steps to Follow .....

Transaction Menu
1.Click the Transaction Menu button in the Main Menu Bar.
2.Navigate to Motor Carrier>Citation>Citation Summary Inquiry by Customer Number(CTISUM) and click it.

 

Direct Command Line
1.   Enter CTISUM C=<customer number> on the Direct command line, then press the Enter key.
2.   The Citation Summary Inquiry by Customer Number inquiry form appears.

 

1. Enter one of the following in the Customer Number field on the Citation Summary Inquiry by Customer Number inquire screen.

•IFTA License Number
•MC Number
•US DOT Number
•Driver's License Number
•FEIN/SSN
•IRP Account Number
•Citation Tracking Customer Number

 

2. Click the Button_Inquire button to open the Citation Summary Inquiry by Customer Number form.

 

3. Scroll down the form to view the citation information.

4. Click the Close Button_Close button to close the transaction.

 

For more options, click the Button_QuickNavigation button from the transaction's button bar, to navigate to one of the following:

•All Citations For Customer
•Citation Customer Name Inquiry
•Overweight Citation Inquiry by Citation Number
•Suspended Citations For Customer
