To enter a Direct Command

1.In the Direct field at the top of the main window, enter the Direct command and any Keys you have, then press the Enter key.  This supports efficient processing.

For example:

I CON C=T16701847  or CUSDBD C=T16701847

When used by Customer Service Centers and License Agents sends a request for the Customer Console and displays all customer information for customer T16701847.  (Note: This is similar to the Customer Information (CUSINF) transaction used by Auto Auction and EZ Fleet.)

If you were to just enter I CON or CUSDBD you would then be required to enter the customer number on a separate screen.

If you enter Keys on the Direct command line, all Keys from the previous transaction will be cleared and replaced with those you enter.
