The Citation Tracking Customer Inquiry is used to inquire on a customer's citation in the Citation Tracking System.
To inquire on a Citation Tracking Customer
From the Dashboard Go To ..... |

1. Enter one of the following in the Customer Number field on the Citation Tracking Customer Inquiry inquire screen.
| • | IFTA License Number |
| • | MC Number |
| • | US DOT Number |
| • | Driver's License Number |
| • | FEIN/SSN |
| • | IRP Account Number |
| • | Citation Tracking Customer Number |
2. Click the 
button to open the Citation Tracking Customer Inquiry form.
3. Scroll down the form to view the citation information.
4. Click the Close 
button to close the transaction.
For more options, click the 
button from the transaction's button bar, to navigate to one of the following:
