Contested Case Inquiry

The Contested Case Inquiry is used to inquire on a contested citation case.

 

To Inquire on a Contested Citation Case        

 

From the Dashboard Go To .....

Steps to Follow .....

Transaction Menu
1.Click the Transaction Menu button in the Main Menu Bar.
2.Navigate to Motor Carrier>Citation>Contested Case Inquiry(CTICON) and click it.
3.Enter the citation number and citation tracking customer number on the Contested Case Inquiry inquire screen.
4.Click the Button_Inquire button to open the Contested Case Inquiry form.

Direct Command Line
1.  Enter CTICON on the Direct command line, then press the Enter key.
2.  Enter the citation number and citation tracking customer number on the Contested Case Inquiry inquire screen.
3.  Click the Button_Inquire button to open the Contested Case Inquiry form.

 

1. Scroll down the form to view the citation case information.
2. Click the Close Button_Close button to close the transaction.

 

For more options, click the Button_QuickNavigation button from the transaction's button bar, to navigate to one of the following:

•Citation Customer Name Inquiry
