The Customer Transactions for Reprint Cover is used to reprint cover sheets for certain customer transactions.
To Print/Reprint a Cover Sheet
1. | If not already open, Open the Customer Console using the customer's number or name. |

2. | Enter the required information. Click the drop down ![]() |
3. | Click the Process ![]() |
4. | The Transaction Details dialog appears showing the transaction process message. |
5. | Collect the Cover Sheet from the printer. |
