Please refer to the Driver's License Guide, as needed.

To surrender a driver's license or ID card

1.If not already open, Open the Customer Console.

2.In the Direct field, enter P DLSUR, then press the Enter key. The Driver License / ID Card Surrender inquiry form appears.

3.Fill in the required information.

4.Click the button.  The Driver License / ID Card Surrender transaction form appears.

5.Fill in the required information.

6.Click the Process button. The Transaction Details dialog appears.
