Subpoenas Tort Claim

• DMV is committed to providing quality service to our customers in a friendly and efficient manner. We do NOT want to give the idea to customers that we in any way endorse or authorize the LaRouche activities or any other groups, which may be present outside DMV offices.
• DMV is currently bound by a federal court order, which prohibits us from removing the LaRouche supporters from DMV property. The court order requires DMV to let the LaRouche supporters set up a table, distribute literature, and speak to customers. The court order is so broad that there is very little conduct, which is prohibited.
• Any complaint or reports of unusual activity, particularly physical obstructions, should be directed to your Coordinator. The Coordinator will forward the information through the proper channels.
