The Motor Vehicle Event (Sun Shading) - Add transaction is used to add doctor approved Sun Shading to a vehicle.

To process the Motor Vehicle Event (Sun Shading) - Add transaction

1.If not already open, Open the Customer Console using the customer's number or name.

Transaction Menu	1.Click the Transaction Menu button in the Main Menu Bar. 2.Navigate to Customer Transactions>Compliance, Orders and Events>Motor Vehicle Event (Sun Shading) - Add(MVEADD). The customer number is populated in the inquire screen. 3.Click the Inquire button to open the Motor Vehicle(Sun Shading) - ADD transaction form. 4.Continue with the steps below.
Command Line	1. Enter MVEADD on the Direct command line, then press the Enter key. 2. The Motor Vehicle(Sun Shading) - ADD transaction form opens. 3. Continue with the steps below.
Events Selection	Go to EVENTS to see the customer's Sun Shading event(s).

2.Enter the required information as indicated by the icon and any other information needed then click the Process button. The Transaction Details dialog appears with the TRANSACTION PROCESSED message.

The MED-20 form may contain multiple vehicle VIN's for this customer. A MVEADD will need to be processed for each VIN listed.

3.Click the Close button to complete the transaction.

4.mySelect will open the tab to Reprint Registration/Overload/Non-Repairable. Use this screen to reprint the registration card which will show the vehicle has Sun Shading. Hand the new registration card to the customer.
