Veterans ID Card Release
Contents
The Veteran ID Card Release transaction is used to release the print of the Veterans ID Card after the discharge documents have been authenticated.
Please refer to the Driver's License Guide - Identification Card section, as needed.
Veteran ID Card Release can also be found in the Credential grid on the Customer Console.
To Release a Veteran ID Card
1.If not already open, Open the Customer Console using the customer's number or name.

Transaction Menu |
1.Click the Transaction Menu button in the Main Menu Bar. 2.Navigate to Customer Transactions>License/ID>Veterans ID Card Release(VIDREL) and click it. The Veterans ID Card Release inquire form opens with the customer information populated. 3.Click the Inquire 4.Continue with the steps below. |

1.Enter P VIDREL or VIDREL on the Direct command line, then press the Enter key. 2.Press the Enter key. The Veterans ID Card Release transaction form opens with the customer information populated. 3.Continue with the steps below. |

2.Enter the required information as indicated by the 
icon and then click the Process 
button.
3.The Transaction Details dialog appears showing the TRANSACTION PROCESSED message.
4.Click the Close 
button to close the Transaction Details dialog.
5.Click the Close button to complete the transaction.
