The Citation Payment Inquiry by Customer Number is used to inquire on a citation payment by the Citation Tracking Customer Number.

To inquire on a Citation Payment by Customer Number

 

From the Dashboard Go To .....

Steps to Follow .....

Transaction Menu
1.Click the Transaction Menu button in the Main Menu Bar.
2.Navigate to Motor Carrier>Citation>Citation Payment Inquiry by Customer Number(CTIPCU) and click it.
3.Enter the Citation Tracking Customer Number on the Citation Payment Inquiry by Customer Number Inquire screen.
4.Click the Button_Inquire button to open the Citation Payment Inquiry by Customer Number form.

Direct Command Line
1.  Enter CTIPCU C=<Citation Tracking Customer Number> on the Direct command line, then press the Enter key.

 

1. Scroll down the form to view the citation payment information.

To navigate to one of the following screens, click the down arrow Button_DownArrow button in the Direct column and make a selection.

notes20pxThe CTIINQ option will take you to either the Overweight Citation or the Motor Carrier Citation Inquiry depending on which citation is selected.

Click the green arrow Button_GreenRightArrow to launch the form.

             

If more options are needed, click the Button_QuickNavigation button from the transaction's button bar, to navigate to one of the following:

•Citation Tracking Customer Inquiry
•Suspending Citations For Customer

 

2. Click the Close Button_Close button to close the transaction.
