Insurance Monitoring Inquiry

The Insurance Monitoring Inquiry is used to view insurance monitoring information of a customer's vehicle(s).
A selection list will display if there is more than one monitor for the customer's vehicles.
To Process Insurance Monitoring Inquiry
| 1. | If not already open, Open the Customer Console using the customer's number or name. |

If the customer has a pending monitor, you will see the following alert: INMVER Pending Insurance Monitor - Response Required 1.Clicking the 2.Continue with step 2. |

Transaction Menu |
1.Click the Transaction Menu button in the Main Menu Bar. 2.Navigate to Customer Inquiries>Compliance, Orders and Events>Insurance Monitoring Inquiry(INMINQ). 3.Click the Inquire 4.Continue with step 2. |
Command Line |
1. Enter INMINQ on the Direct command line, then press the Enter key. 2. The Insurance Monitoring Inquiry form appears. 3. Continue with step 2. |
