Tips on Using mySelect Based on Recent Support Calls
•Branch Offices: Remember to call your next ticket in Q-Flow, then click the button in mySelect to close the previous customer's information and open the Customer Console for the next customer. If the Information Clerk scanned the customer's credential, their information will automatically be displayed. If not, you will need to enter their customer number or name and name type to retrieve their record.
