The Compliance Correction process is used to correct or remove the entered compliance information on one or more orders. Orders are corrected one at a time. Use CORREV to enter a shortage if monies collected need to be returned.
Some of the items complied that may be corrected or removed are
•Reinstatement fee
•Multiple Order fees
•Statutory fees
•Insurance information
•Court receipt paid dates
•DMV received dates
•Restrictions applied to some orders
•Waive reasons
•Bankruptcy type and date
To process Compliance Correction
1.If not already open, Open the Customer Console using the customer's number or name.

Transaction Menu |
1.Click the Transaction Menu button in the Main Menu Bar. 2.Navigate to Customer Transactions>Compliance, Orders and Events>Compliance Correction(COMCOR). 3.Continue with step 2. |
Command Line |
1. Enter COMCOR on the Direct command line, then press the Enter key. 2. Continue with the steps below. |
2.If the customer has only one order to correct, the complied order will open with the customer and order information populated. All fields are protected except the ones that may be corrected or removed.
a) If there are more than one order that has been complied, the Compliance Selection grid will open.
b) If active, click the More Data Available button to view additional orders.
c) Click the to see some information about the order. Click the Select
button next to the order to open the order. All fields are protected except the ones that may be corrected or removed.
3.After the order opens, correct or remove the data in the open fields as necessary. Some orders will require a Compliance Action Code to be entered. Use the globe to select the correct action code.

Court Restrictions
To remove restrictions on the Fine and Cost orders (CV97, CV99 and CV91) or Non-DUI Consecutive orders (CV94), are done thru the Restrictions For Non-DUI/Fines and Costs - Delete transaction.

1.Remove the Court Restriction code/description, Restriction Begin Date, Restriction End Date. 2.Enter the same Compliance Action Code that was used in the Compliance Update transaction. Court Type and Jurisdiction |
1.Remove the type and jurisdiction. 2.Enter a Compliance Action Code if applicable. Click the globe next to the field to see the selection list. 3.Click the Process button. 4.Transaction is processed.

Judgment |
1.Remove the Received Date, Agreement Type and Date. 2.Enter a Compliance Action Code if applicable. Click the globe next to the field to see the selection list. 3.Click the Process button. 4.Transaction is processed. |
Waived Reason |
1.Remove the reason entirely. 2.Enter a Compliance Action Code if applicable. Click the globe next to the field to see the selection list. 3.Click the Process button. 4.Transaction is processed. |
Bankruptcy Type and Date |
1.Remove the type and date entirely. 2.Enter a Compliance Action Code if applicable. Click the globe next to the field to see the selection list. 3.Click the Process button. 4.Transaction is processed. |
4.Once completed, click the Process button to send the change to the DMV data base.
5.The Transaction Details dialog appears with the TRANSACTION PROCESSED message.
6.Click the Close button to complete the correct compliance transaction.
7.To correct another order, start over from the beginning steps.
