Work Areas are groupings of CSR workstations which share the same printer.

How to set up a Work Area (Manager Role)

Setting up a Work Area involves the following steps:

1.Add Printer

2.Add/Edit a Work Area.

3.Put printers and terminals into the Work Area.

Terminal names are the mySelect license number installed on your workstation and are configured by your system administrator.
