After assigning decals to a teller, they can be easily re-assigned the next day using the Inventory Management Console's Re-assign Decals feature.
Once decals are assigned to a teller, them remain "associated" with that teller until the pack is emptied or they are assigned to another teller. This association is displayed in the Re-Assign dialog, allowing for a quick daily re-assignment
To Re-Assign Decals
1.If the Inventory Management Console is not already open, from the menu bar, click the Inventory button. The Inventory Management Console appears.
2.From the Inventory Management Console, click the Re-Assign Decals button. The Decal Management - Re-Assign Decals dialog appears display decals that have been assigned to tellers. Decals appear in this list if the following is TRUE:
•The teller has returned their decals and they have been Finalized by the Lead Teller/Manager. You cannot re-assign decals which are currently assigned to a teller.
•A Lead Teller/Manager has not previously checked the Remove checkbox, which removes them from this list. This would have been done for out-of-date decals.
Re-Assign Decals - click View All Teller Decals to see all decals associated with tellers.
3.The dialog displays all decals assigned to you. To display the assignments to all tellers, click the View All Teller Decals button.
4.Click in the Re-Assign checkbox next to each pack of decals to re-assign.
•To remove decals from this dialog, click the Remove checkbox. This clears the "assigned to" association of the decals with the teller.
5.Click the Process Decals button. The decals are re-assigned to the teller and they are removed from display on the dialog.
6.Click the Close button.
