Driver License Issue, ID Card Issue and Maintain Proof of Legal Presence/Residency

When a CSR adds Legal Presence for the first time in the Driver License Issue, ID Card Issue and Maintain Proof of Legal Presence/Residency processes, a Legal Presence Authorization window will display for management authorization.      

Duplicates and Reissues will not require the authorization.

CSSREV

A new selection drop down has been added to the Miscellaneous Collections Amount/Type field in CSSREV.  When entering an amount in this field, you must also select a reason from the drop down. If the CSR selects "Other" a COVA Authorization will be also be required. Self authorization will not be allowed.

Weigh Station ONLY: No Authorization will be required.

A new surrender code has been added to the drop down list of reasons. To Other State (TOOS) will push the current license or ID Card to history.

Motor Voter form

A correction has been made to print a 12 digit customer number on the form.

Supplemental Lien Title

If a new lien holder's information is added into any lien holder fields other than the 1st one, a message displays. When correctly entering the lien holder information in the 1st fields and removing the information from the other lien holder fields mySelect did not recognize the data had been removed.   A correction has been made to correct this issue.

A correction has been made to display the new customer number once it's created.

Reports>Exception Reports>Overrides/Special Authorizations

Along with the other Overrides/Special Authorizations, the VDH items that were a Match (printed or not printed) will also go on this report. Any VDH transactions for NOPRINT, Possible Match, or NoMatch will not be included on this report until the next production release.
