The EZ Pass Issue transaction is used to sell a customer an EZPass transponder kit which can be used immediately. The customer may purchase several kits, but they must be processed one at a time. If the customer is not in the DMV data base, add the customer before beginning this process.
The customer must activate the EZPass transponder through the EZPassVA WEB site.

| 2. | Select E-ZPass Issue, the E-ZPASS Issue transaction form appears. |
| 3. | Continue with step 2 below. |

Transaction Menu

| 1. | Click the Transaction Menu button in the Main Menu Bar. |
| 2. | Navigate to Customer Transactions>Customer>E-ZPass Issue(EZPASS). |
| 4. | Click the Inquire button to open the E-ZPASS Issue transaction form. |
| 5. | Continue with step 2 below. |

| 2. | Enter the required information as indicated by the icon. Enter the kit number of the selected type from inventory and then click the Process button. The payment box appears. |
| 4. | Enter payment information and then click the Process button. The Transaction Details dialog appears showing the transaction process message. Print the receipt if requested. |
| 5. | Click the Close button to complete the transaction. |
