Decals are assigned to a teller at the beginning of a day or in the midst of the work day. Decals can also be assigned to the Miscellaneous Cart. Decals are assigned using mySelect's Inventory Management Console, formerly known as the "security closet."
To Assign Decals
1.If the Inventory Management Console is not already open, from the menu bar, click the Inventory button. The Inventory Management Console appears.
2.Click next to Decal.
3.Click next to the Month, Rental, TDL - TNC In-State or Year item, depending on the type of decal you're assigning.
4.Continue to expand the items until you're at the discrete value of either month of year, depending on the type of decal you're assigning. .
5.Identify the range of decals you would like to assign.
6.Right-click to display the pop-up. Three choices appear; Assign, Void Inventory, and Split Decal Pack.
If you want to split the decals across multiple tellers, use the Split Decal Pack feature.
7.Hover over Assign. All tellers appear in the pop-up.
8.Select the teller. The icon next to the range of decals will change to indicating the inventory items have been assigned. The teller's name in the list on the right will become active once decals have been assigned.
9.The teller will now have to Verify the decals.
10.Click the Close button. The Assign Inventory dialog closes.
11.If you are finished with Inventory tasks, click the Close button on the Inventory Management Console.
1.Once you have finished assigning decals, proceed to Open/Assign Title Packs
