Open/Assign Title Pack

This function is reserved for lead/management level roles
Using the Open Title Pack feature, title packs are assigned to Work Areas, then inserted in the Work Area's printer. During title issue transactions, the next available document number automatically populates the Document Number field on the Title Document Number Processing dialog which appears at the end of the title transaction.
To Open/Assign a Title Pack
1.If the Inventory Management Console is not already open, from the main button bar, click the Inventory 
button. The Inventory Management Console appears.
2.Click 
next to Document.
3.Click next to Title. All Title Packs are displayed.

Title Pack is already assigned.
4.Locate the Title Pack to be opened, then right-click on that pack. A pop-up appears with two options: Open Title Pack and Void Inventory.
5.Click Open Title Pack. The Assign Title Inventory dialog appears for you to specify to which PRINTER you would like the title documents assigned.

6.From the Select Printer where Title Pack will be assigned drop-down, select the appropriate Printer.
5.Click the checkbox in the Assign column next to the range of title packs to be assigned.
6.Click the Assign Title Pack 
button. The dialog closes and the following message appears advising you to verify the title count and insert the documents into the Work Area's printer:
7.Click the OK button.
8.Verify the total number of title documents match the number of documents as displayed in the Title Pack.
9.Insert the title documents into the printer. You are now ready to process title transactions.
10.Once you have finished assigning title documents, proceed to Open/Assign Vital Record Pack.
