Commercial Medical Certification ADD

A new Medical Certification Receipt will automatically print when a customer's Commercial Medical Certification information is added or updated.

Maintain Proof of Legal Presence/Residency

A change has been made to CUIDNM to allow the CSR to add LP to a customer that holds a valid license or ID card and does not have LP on file.

When adding or changing LP, a new Acknowledgment form will print. This new form is for LP add/changes only and will not print if changes are made to the Residency field.

Address Change Cards

The option to print an address change card when a customer changes their address has been removed from the Change All Addresses screen.

VOID Authorizations

A Void authorization pop up box has been added when voiding driver, vehicle or permit fee transactions.

Overrides/Special Authorizations Report

VDH portion of this report will include No Print, Not Print, No Match, Possible Match, Print, etc. authorizations.

NDR not returning the same day

A fix has been made to the NDR eForm that will allow the office to be closed if there are outstanding NDR requests from previous days.

Alerts Grid

A change has been made to not display Alerts Message “Eligible to renew DRL via preferred Services”   if the customer is over 75 years old.

Vehicle Disposition by Title (VEHTTL) and  Vehicle Disposition by Make and VIN (VEHVIN) has been re-vamped and are now an online process.
