HB 1329 - Emergency Contact Program

This bill provides that DMV may establish an emergency contact program to allow customers to give DMV an emergency contact person (up to 2) and information to keep on their record. This information will be accessed by law enforcement in cases of emergency to assist them. The emergency information will not display on any transcripts and is for law enforcement use only.
