New-Dealer Number Code for Retail Sales

When a customer is titling a moped or trailer with a MCO and it was purchased from a retail store, a new Dealer Number code of RT has been added to the Dealer Number search globe.

Change made when processing Dealers that are out of business

For the CSR teller processing an original title and entering the certificate number of a dealer that is no longer in business, an authorization box will pop up for a lead teller or manager to enter their credentials to authorize the transaction.
